Saturday AM report…. roads are clear, 8″-10″ of fresh powder on the ground, its still snowing. Honestly what more could you ask for. And for folks looking to ski groomed trails Larry and Erik are out making corduroy on Picnic Loop, World Cup and Broadway. |see the conditions page for more|
Saturday is going to be a powder day!!! [6pm Friday we have 5″ and it still dumping]
Friday AM Report -It looks like snow up here at Bolton Nordic today. There are low clouds covering the top of the mountain and the temperature has dropped in the last couple hours from 10 degrees to 3 degrees. The forecast is for snow this afternoon and night.
Reports from the back country are quite good. It seems like the higher elevation trails were spared from the super warm temps on Monday. Today we have Broadway open and rolled. It is nice hard pack skiing. Other trails were victims of water-bar-opening-itis. The good news is that there are two storms on the horizon. 2″-4″ tonight and big on on Sunday night.
