Early Fall Updates

It’s been a busy couple of weeks at Bolton Nordic Center. It rained most of the summer in VT, so we waited until late summer to do our trail projects. And things are looking really good. Kurt mowed all the trails last week and this week we started replacing several bridges on Maple Loop.

The Vermont Youth Conservation Corps is also on the trails with several of their high school programs. The kids and their crew leaders are doing some much needed brush cutting. We are happy to have them on board.

There have also been sightings of a big bull moose on Picnic Loop and on Beaver Pond. A flock of wild turkeys was also spotted on picnic loop.
